Rosemary was once considered sacred by the ancient Greeks, Egyptians, Hebrews, and Romans. Native to the Mediterranean area, Rosemary leaves and Rosemary Oil were (and still are) popularly used for culinary preparation purposes, while in Egypt the plant, as well as its extracts, were used for incense.

How to use:
- Scalp and hair health may be improved by adding 1 to 2 ml of Rosemary essential oil to 240ml of unscented shampoo and using whenever hair is washed. The same amount may be added to conditioner.
- Adding 3 or 4 drops of Rosemary to a face cloth and tossing it into the bottom of your shower makes a great invigorating and sinus opening morning ritual.
- Add a few drops to a diffuser to clear the air and breathe easier.
- Try adding a few drops of the oil into a bowl of steaming water, cover your head with a towel and breathe in deeply.
