Benefit of each strain:

Lactobacillus acidophilus

Which has been shown to improve CVD and lactose intolerance, prevent and treat cancer, bacterial vaginosis ,immunity, and improve gastrointestinal diseases.

Bifidobacterium animalis 

Which has been shown to accelerate gut transit and to provide symptom relief to individuals with common gastrointestinal symptoms, irritable bowel syndrome , immune modulation, constipation and autism. 

Bifidobacterium lactis

Shown to help with weight management, blood sugar balance, immunity and gut health.

Lactobacillus rhamnosus

Shown to reduce the recurrence of urinary tract infections (UTIs) in women, relieving IBS symptoms, treating diarrhea, strengthening gut health, and protecting against cavities.

Lactobacillus reuteri

Shown to improve intestinal disorders include protecting the gut barrier, suppressing inflammation, boost immune response, regulate gut microbiota and its metabolism, and inhibiting oxidative stress.

Lactobacillus fermentans

Shown to decrease the level of blood stream cholesterol (as cholesterol-lowering agents) and to potentially help prevent alcoholic liver disease and colorectal cancer among humans.

Bifidobacterium brevis 

Shown to help manage gut diseases, including diarrhea and infant colics, to celiac disease, obesity, allergic and neurological disorders. It has also been shown to reduce weight and belly fat. It may also have a beneficial effect on eradication rates and overall side-effect rates during initial H. pylori eradication therapy in adults.

What are Probiotics

The term PROBIOTICS comes from the Latin “PRO”, meaning 'supporting', and the Greek word “BIOTIC”, meaning ‘life’. It refers to a substance that is “not digested but PROMOTES the growth of beneficial intestinal microorganisms.

'Probiotics' promote and supply the body with organisms conducive to a healthy life.Recent research on the body's metabolism has focused on the link between intestinal health and the overall immune response of the body.

The central nervous system, which includes the brain that controls all functions of the body, appears to be directly affected by the strength and composition of the beneficial probiotic population.Some Researchers have even called the Large Intestine the “Second Brain", and are looking at ways of improving the intestinal composition.

Gastrointestinal (GI) problems are one of the most prevalent symptoms in autistic people. Estimates suggest that about 70–80% of autistic people experience GI conditions, such as: abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea,vomiting.

In a 2020 study, 255 young autistic children (ages 2 to 3.5) were compared to 129 neurotypically developing children of the same age. Overall the autistic children were 2.7 times more likely to have GI symptoms compared to their typically developing peers

Another small observational study  reports indicates a possible association between the number or severity of GI problems in autistic children and certain behavioral symptoms. This could include: self-injury, aggressive behavior, stereotyped behavior, sleep problems

Giving probiotics to autistic children may help improve GI problems. Research suggests that rebalancing the composition of the gut microbiota might help improve symptoms like anxiety and social or behavioral issues.
