VAGINAL DISCHARGES, WHATS NORMAL , WHATS NOT.
It’s normal to have cervical fluid. In fact, we expect to see less leading up to your period and more around ovulation.
What’s not normal are some colored discharges or with peculiar smells like fish-like odor. Please swipe that carousel to see what the different colors mean!
While at it- please do not insert the following into you, ladies!
Douches- Some women like to use douches to clean the vagina, but in actuality, this is totally unnecessary.
Essential oils- not sure why anyone will like to burn down there. They are incredibly caustic and will cause a vaginal burn, so definitely not okay.
Sugar, Chocolate syrup, Whipped cream etc- ok you know the deal 🤦🏽♀️ All that stuff has sugar which will change the bacteria and yeast proportions which can cause infections. Those substances can also be irritating to the vaginal skin, so it might seem like a good idea at the time, but you may have either vaginal irritation or a vaginal infection afterwards
Fruits and vegetables: For starters - what are you trying to make? A vegetable salad? Vegetables have pesticides, so you're putting pesticides in your vagina , they can also break off and have little bits and pieces that stay there for rather unhealthy amounts of time which may rot. Stop it already!!!
What other outrageous things have you seen or heard being stuck into the vjayjay?
