FOOD PAIRING- SYNERGY BETWEEN HERBS.

FOOD PAIRING- SYNERGY BETWEEN HERBS.

Synergy is the consequential result of one herb improving the effect of another. In other words- one chase a thousand, two chase ten thousand 🙌🏼🙌🏼. Only in nature can 1 + 1 = 3. While this would certainly earn a penalty from any math teacher, Mother Nature gets a pass.

Food synergy is a concept that has been studied over many years to define the relationship between certain foods in terms of food pairing and nutrient interaction. Certain foods and nutrients work best when together. They bring out the best in one another for a power-packed nutrition punch

Here are some examples:
Turmeric - black pepper
Collagen - vitamin C
Black pepper, Ginger and Ashwagandha
Green Tea- Black Pepper
Green Tea- Lemon
Broccoli- Tomato
Vegetables- Nuts/ Oil

In short, we see synergy in all areas of life not just herbs And here’s why our herbal mixes are most effective- rather than individually herbs, a mix of herbs creates a powerful result. no ~(wo)man~ herb is an island.

The effects of synergy across society, throughout history and up and down the food chain are measurable and quantifiable and something to be grateful for.

Did we miss any herbal synergies you know? We will be happy to learn from you
